Chairman's Message

I would first of all like to thank all the members who voted for me to be chairman of our club and I will endeavour to up-hold the faith and trust you have put in me.

I also, on behalf of all the members, thank our outgoing chairman Mr Ed Pitt for six years of committed hard work, and for achieving so much for the club.  Few of us know or realise how much time and effort he has put into Bromyard RFC.  He leaves me with very big boots to fill!

Also thanks need to go to the other outgoing committee members for all their hard work and I know they will continue to support and help the club.  Having been a member for around 18 years, I hope I can continue to guide the club in the direction we all want it to go, providing a secure and fruitful future for the club.  I can only do that with the support hard work and commitment not only from the other committee members, but everyone of us.

We all need to remember it is our club, and the more we all pull together and put into it the more enjoyment and benefits we will get out of it.  This relates to all members, players, VP’s, committee members, senior or youth, men or ladies, on the pitch but also very importantly off the pitch.

Bromyard is a very friendly and social rugby club, we welcome everyone to come and enjoy our fantastic facilities, our opponents, spectators of all sides, match officials, families and the whole community.

Please don’t be shy in joining in and pass on your ideas and comments, it’s our club, we are all part of it.  Let’s enjoy our rugby, enjoy the time with our friends old and new, have fun and make lots of good memories on the way!
