Bromyard Rugby Club is available to hire for any occasion; birthdays, weddings, parties or meetings. The club house is limited to 250 people at any one time, however, for larger occasions, such as weddings, it is possible to erect a marquee to the side of the clubhouse at an additional cost.

There is more than adequate parking available and being situated just outside of Bromyard, on the Tenbury Road, means that there are no direct neighbours, allowing extended serving hours to be achieved.

For smaller occasions, it is possible for catering to be provided by the club itself. Please enquire for more details if required. Otherwise there is a fully equipped kitchen that is available to use, for both self catering or outside caterers to use.

The club is accessible and available for hire any time of the week. Arrangements can be made prior to parties and functions to allow the decoration of the club. There are also adequate tables and chairs for sit down occasions.
